Our founder, Alexandra McNulty, is a licensed therapist and Board-Certified in Holistic Nutrition, which means your care includes the biological, nutritional, and emotional layers of healing.

My name is Alex, and I work with overwhelmed women experiencing anxiety disorders, burnout, stress, perfectionism, and OCD. I provide online individual therapy with a focus on integrative, whole-body care.
I’ve recently expanded my practice to serve more of the spaces where women often struggle silently, including: pregnancy and postpartum transitions, infertility and reproductive challenges, PCOS and hormone-related mood concerns, and disordered eating and body image.
